Our migration process
- Tell us the source and destination provider, business domain and number of mailboxes.
- We review scope and provide a tailored quotation, including any external licensing.
- After authorization, we plan the migration window and arrange secure delegated access where supported.
- We migrate and verify the agreed data, configure DNS and test mail delivery.
- We hand over the confirmed configuration and agreed migration report.
Security: Never share your mailbox passwords, MFA codes, recovery codes or API keys in the enquiry form or WhatsApp message. Access arrangements are agreed separately.
Common questions
Do I need to transfer my domain registration?
Usually not. A business can often change email providers by verifying its domain and updating DNS records without transferring the registrar.
Will my email address change?
In many migrations you can keep the same address on your existing domain. We confirm this during the assessment.
Can you migrate calendars and contacts too?
We can assess these requirements as part of the scope. Supported migration methods and limits vary by provider and account setup.
How much does it cost?
We quote according to mailbox count, data volume, provider, complexity and schedule. External subscription costs are explained separately.
Migration prices based on your actual environment
Small 1–3 mailbox engagements start from ₦65,000, 4–10 mailbox projects from ₦150,000, and 11–25 mailbox projects from ₦300,000, subject to assessment. Larger or complex migrations are quoted individually.
Data volume, supported migration scope, tenant setup and cutover requirements affect the final price. Provider subscriptions, external tools and applicable VAT are separate.
